Back to Basics: How to File a Ticket

Here we go again on my 3rd article on guidelines and how to's. Basically we're going to talk about filing a ticket properly, and know what are the things you need to file or post.

There are two tickets: Game and Service Feedback
You can find them at the GE IAH website under Support.

Game Feedback

Click on the Infocomm Asia Holdings Login button, then you'll be prompt to input your username and password.


After you login, you'll be able to see the Game Feedback form, along with the hotline numbers of the Helpdesk for every country.

You can also file your hack cases here, or inquiries on disciplinary actions, but do take note not to be very hostile or sending out vulgar language. We know that you guys are sometimes frustrated in your situation but do give them your respect as much as you could maintain your emotions. ^^;

Same as Game Feedback in logging in, you'll need to input your username and password.



For your complaints, concerns, feedback and suggestions, this is the place to go. However, other related cases concerning the GAME itself, please check out the GAME FEEDBACK section.

So anything else that doesn't fall on service (as defined already) must fall under game feedback. But for game inquiries, it's better to post first in the GE Forums rather than sending out a ticket. Also check the Game Policy for more details.
